The research Group of neurodynamic correction of disturbed brain functions has based its work on the idea of reinforcement of possibilities of adaptive self-regulation of the patient's brain with the help of computerized external feedback. The method uses a unique transformation of signals of brain bioelectrical activity into polyphonic phonation, allowing the patients to hear the work of their own brain in the real time. The sessions of bioacoustic correction in patients with different neuroses result in harmonization of the sonic image of brain activity, objective normalization of the principal psychophysiological indices and are followed by disappearance of numerous neurological complaints (irritability, high fatigability, depressive states, headache, disturbed sleep, deterioration of attention and memory).
Prioritized investigations have been performed on the
application of adaptive self-regulation of respiratory sinus arrhythmia
of the heart by the visual channel for studying, correction, formation
and optimization of the speech respiration in healthy volunteers and in
its disturbances in young and adult subjects with stammering, in
practically healthy subjects under conditions of psychoemotional stress
and in speech-professionals with vegetative, neuroendocrine
dysfunctions, high level of anxiety and neurotic state.
The development of new computerized technologies for correction of motivation in children allowing more complete use of compensatory potencies of the CNS are underway based on the results obtained for prophylactics of addiction and other neuropathic and psychopathic disorders in juveniles.
